At Crawford Cosmetics, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to every client. To ensure availability and respect for both clients and providers, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Appointment Deposits

• A credit card on file is required to book an appointment.
• A partially refundable deposit is collected at booking and applied toward your treatment. Deposit amounts vary depending on appointment length.

   

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Deposits are forfeited for any changes made within this window.
• If you book within the 72-hour window, this policy still applies.
• To cancel after hours or on weekends, please call or text your location and leave a detailed message including:
  • Full name
  • Appointment date
  • Provider
  • Whether you’d like us to call you to reschedule
• We will confirm cancellations via text and email.
• Cancellations made outside the 72-hour window are eligible for a 90% refund of the deposit.

   

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation: Deposit is forfeited, and a $100 fee will be charged to the card on file.
• Late Arrival: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and the same policy applies.
• Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

  • Include your full name and appointment date if leaving a message.
• Text Reminder: Reply “NO” to your automated reminder text (sent 4 days prior).
• Online: Cancel through the booking portal.
• Note: Refunds for deposits canceled via text or online must be requested directly; they are not issued automatically.

   

Important Notes

• Fees are automatically charged to the card on file. If payment is declined, the balance must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
• We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions may be granted for illness, inclement weather, or unavoidable emergencies at the discretion of management.
