A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment.
We require 36 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late arrivals may result in a fee and rescheduling.
No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options.
All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
Product returns are subject to our return policy and may only be accepted if unopened and unused within 7 days.

6. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Only one promotional offer or discount may be applied per transaction.
Expiration dates and exclusions may apply.
